Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges when returning eligible products because of a change of mind.

Grilldeep covers applicable return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Grilldeep provides a 6-month limited store warranty on eligible products beginning on the date of delivery.
